Great LF chicken salad!! Fantastic & low carb on a bed of lettuce or low carb whole wheat wrap! You may also make into a healthy sandwich with your bread of choice. (Nutrition info is for the chicken salad only).
You may also substitute hellmans light mayo for the miracle whip. (This will increase your cals by 5 and fat by .6 grams per serving)
Another option is adding in 1 hard boiled egg to mix it up a bit. Keep in mind this will also alter cals/fat content.
*If you feel this serving size is too large for you, you may reduce the serving size so each recipe feeds 4 (this will in turn reduce the cals/fat per serving).Submitted by FOREVERFIT4LIFE
This is a GoodHousekeeping recipe I found online. Very healthy, and tasty. The sweet balsamic vinegar mixed with the tart cherries and pears compliment each other. This is a keeper in my house!Submitted by ANDREANJ
Great for Sunday Funday...football games, kids parties, or just make small baggies of it for your snacks for the week!
You can add peanuts too but I didn't for this version.
Easy to make and very yummy!
*Watch the sodium though ~ You can substitue the salt with no-salt or delete it all together.
