Any kind of spaghetti can be used-fresh or leftover. We did not put any dressing on this so that people could choose their preferred type. No extra salt has been added. This will keep in frig several days. It makes 6 1-cup servings. Submitted by ELLIQQ

This is my variation of another recipe I found here on Spark. Serve cold or warm. I like to top mine with a tablespoon or so of feta cheese (not included in nutritional info). Cooking time is for pasta ~ plan for at least 4 hours refrigeration before serving if you want to serve it cold!Submitted by PIANOMOM33
