This granola only contains applesauce, no butter or oil- it is packed with nutrients. Servicing size is for 1/2 a cup- I usually put it on yogurt in the morning. You can also use a little less and mix it in with you cereal in the morning for an extra punch of nutrients. Submitted by KATYMARIA
