I am going to start making finding receipes for my 2010 diet and make a schedule for the whole month and STICK to it. I think one of the reasons I don't stick to my diet is because I never know what to eat and am not really prepared to make what I have in mind. So, having a calendar will help!

One of my biggest fast-food temptations are greasy fried egg rolls from places like Panda Express. I made over this healthy version using lean chicken and fresh vegetables.
