Use one small cast iron pan to make pizza, single serving for a special treat. This recipe can make 6 single serving pizzas, the batter keeps really well in the fridge. I used a 5" cast iron pan. You can adjust the calories by limiting or adding meat. To up the protein for this meal I paired it with a greek yogurt smoothy recipe from another sparker. --OMG was the only comment I got from my mom, then noshing resumed. She had been missing pizza and the oven "fried" crust on this pizza comes real close, like a tiny deep dish pizza.Submitted by DHALYIA
