You can use frozen yogurt at home to make a shake and that's a great start. But another way to get the same feel and close to the same taste is to try a banana smoothie. It's simple, it's versatile, and it will satisfy your craving for sweets! Submitted by UNREACHABLEGOAL
This is an easy and Yummy smoothie. It can either be for a breakfast with some toast and light butter, or a mid afternoon snack, when your sweet tooth is calling for something...well sweet.
For the record, the picture shown for the smoothie recipe is not mine, but looks a lot like it. Just thought a picture will show you how it will look like.

Cool and refreshing - only 26 calories - no fat slushy/smoothie. This is loaded full of fruit & veggie, using cucumber, pineapple, and lemon. A cool twist of the normal yogurt drink. If you like cucumber, you will love this drink. You may add some sweetener if it is not sweet enough - although it tastes great without it. Submitted by LLCURTS
Whether you're suffering from nausea, heartburn, or just in need of a cool and refreshing snack or breakfast idea, this is the perfect nutritious pick-me-up. Leftover shake can be frozen in pop molds or 5 ounce paper cups with popsicle sticks.
You don't have to go on vacation for a taste of the tropics!
