Cookbook creator says: Made this Oct-2010 with Mexican style cheese (not low fat) and also added a fresh tomato (cut up) and used Mission tortillas instead of fat free ones. Todd and I loved it ours. I didn't put the bbq sauce on the kid's; they liked it with extra cheese. Use toothpicks to hold them together in oven.Submitted by FORMERFATTY
