Cookbook creator says: Made this for Todd in Sept 2010. He thought it was really good with great flavor. It was not spicy. We both thought it was very good over brown rice. Todd wondered if it would be spicier if we put in more red curry paste. Might try that next time.Submitted by G9FIRE
Cookbook creator says: Made this last night and it was okay, not awesome. Next time I'll look for a cacciatore recipe with more flavor. This was very similar to our WW Turkey Parmesan that we make but not quite as flavorful.Submitted by PABURNS1
Ready in 25 minutes.
Cookbook creator says: Made this Oct-2010 with Mexican style cheese (not low fat) and also added a fresh tomato (cut up) and used Mission tortillas instead of fat free ones. Todd and I loved it ours. I didn't put the bbq sauce on the kid's; they liked it with extra cheese. Use toothpicks to hold them together in oven.Submitted by FORMERFATTY
