This is a quick, easy breakfast when you're in a hurry. I generally use frozen blueberries and thaw them in the microwave before I put them on top. You can use any granola cereal, and the raisins are optional (but I usually add them because I like them and the granola cereal doesn't have very many). This frittata is a Cooking Light recipe that packs loads of veggies, ham, and cheese into a lowfat, lowcarb, and delicious breakfast. Pair with a piece of whole wheat toast and some fruit and you have the perfect breakfast.
I recieved this recipe from a friend and was a little leery about the no sugar. But it was very good. You get more of the berry flavor then the sugary taste.
