I make up a bunch of these bowls and freeze them for quick breakfasts.
One carton of egg substitute makes 8 bowls.
One pound of bacon makes ~ 5 bowls
One large baking potato makes ~ 2 bowls

Cookbook creator says: I will tweak this for myself. Use all Egg Beaters and non dairy cheese. Is there a substitute for cottage cheese which is non dairy?
Cookbook creator says: Needs sweetness. Applesauce or smooshed banana or brown sugar. Use less batter for each cake.
