If you are a weight loss surgery patent make sure to soak the oats (yes even instant oats) for a minute or 2 before cooking with the eggs, believe my it will make it go down much easier. I came up with this simple, sweet, breakfast option because I couldn't face eggs every morning for breakfast. The cinnamon and splenda give the cottage cheese a wonderful, sweet flavor, and the chopped almonds give it a satisfying crunch.Submitted by NURSEHOPE
