I couldn't remember which pumpkin waffle recipe was better tasting. This one is a little healthier. I think serving size is based on a 4 waffle grid were the other was just one--not positive.

One of my very favorite recipes. Not the most healthy, but it doesn't do so terrible. If you cut out the sugar and decrease the oil to only 2 Tbsp. then you decrease the calories to 124.Submitted by JDLANDER
I can't remember which out of my banana pancakes were the best, but they were both good. Jacob wished this one had nuts. It says it makes 24, but I seem to remember that it makes 12 normal sized. If you come up with 12, just double the calorie amount.Submitted by JDLANDER
Better than you would think. These were addictive. High in calories because of the nuts. If you replace the oil with more applesauce you cut the calories down by 73 to make it only 200 calories/muffin.

Jacob and the kids love these. Sometimes I substitute white flour for wheat. (Switched to 1/4 c. of honey from 1/2 c. and left off 1/2 Tbsp. oil. They turned out great and were a few less calories).Submitted by JDLANDER
My family loves these. You can use half white/half wheat flour and they will be a little lighter. I adapted this from a recipe from allrecipes.com. I cut the sugar in half, used nonfat milk instead of half and half and used egg whites for one of the eggs. My family almost licked the muffin tin clean!Submitted by JDLANDER
