Taken fron Rosemary Conley's Gi Jeans Diet Book. Grilling the LEAN lamb actually reduces the fat content to 6.8gms fat per serving, and the calories to 237kcal. Thus making this a reasonably low fat recipe. (ingredients can be divided or multiplied to suit number of diners).
