This is a low-fat, high protein, open faced tuna melt that is great for a satisfying lunch. My husband introduced me to the combination of salsa and tuna and I've made my own variation to accomodate my diet preferences. Hope you like it too!Submitted by KM03MOM
A super easy mix to put together and store so you can make muffins easily and for very low cost and calories! I make the mix about once a month and then store it in a big #10 can (the size of a large coffee can) with a lid. On top of the lid I put the directions for making the muffins so that even my children can put them together.Submitted by DOITNOWM
This recipe can be used in any recipe calling for biscuit mix or Bisquick baking mix. This mix is better for you because of the whole grain flour, and reduced amounts of salt!
