This is the best chicken and dumplings I've ever had which is amazing since I'm never satisfied with my cooking! Beans are a great source of protien and dietary fiber but most avoid them because they can also be a source of gas. Preparing them this way will guarantee less gas later. It does take quite a bit of time, but it makes about 12 cups so you can throw some in the freezer for later.Submitted by ALEEMK
