There are some great suggestions on here! There's always salsa and guac on our table, but I have a hard time restraining myself with the guac. I'd love to try some of the others sometime. The salmon mousse is intriguing, too bad Monica can't show me her recipe ;)!

If you don't want to give up your creamy dips, substitute fat-free yogurt, or fat-free Greek yogurt for the sour cream. I've been doing this for years and nobody has noticed the difference.

I love hummus with fresh veggies as a snack -- though when making it at home, I always add some tahini (sesame paste)! You can find it at international stores or in the health food aisle of your regular grocery store. I also use 3 or 4 cloves of garlic and some cumin.
