We use what's galled a grill mat on our grill. It's heat resistant and gives the same grill marks as not using it. This way we can have more foods like fish on the grill and not lose it down under the grate AND the grill top stays clean!

I love sweet potatoes on the grill, also a small whole cored Apple rolled around the grill makes a perfect baked apple, it is good to choose a variety that doesn't mush quick. Pizza can be done by putting the dough on the grill, flipping it and adding the toppings, it cooks the dough better that way.

Love that the grill can make healthy, delicious food taste even better. Huge fan of sharing cooking duties and not heating up the kitchen on especially hot days. We grill just about everything, and we grill in large quantities...especially the protein and veggies. I freeze in smaller portions so I can simply thaw and create meals on hot summer days when I don't feel like cooking!

It's good to heat up the great outdoors instead of your house in the summer.

Yah, Cella.... Rocky Road! Yummy! LOL I love grilling out and I have done some of the aforementioned! I like putting things on the 'kabob' and grilling them :)

Hmmm... I can't help but wonder how a pint of grilled Ben & Jerry's would turn out ;)

My dad has a very restricted diet, due to advanced kidney disease. (No chocolate, no pastries, no dairy, no nuts, no cakes.) So for his birthday one year, we split a banana in half and grilled it, then topped it with a non-dairy whipped topping. It was a special sweet treat to celebrate, but was withing his dietary guidelines.
