Thanks for the potentially great info. However as someone counting carbs (not calories) for diabetic blood sugar control I find the site very very difficult and very trying to use. The serving size is not shown in grams or ounces so referring back and searching is often impossible timewise, especially when you have a lot of ingredients in a meal. Why not adopt the format “per 30, 50 or 100g serving” as appropriate?
