I wanted to take as much fat out of the recipe as possible to make a guilt-free dessert. the original recipe called for light mayonnaise-I used greek yogurt. Recipe calls for three bananas, I only had two so I used 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce.
I also substituted ReddiEgg for regular egg.
