These work well for breakfast and you can add, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cacao nibs for a crunch, whole flax seeds... what ever you want for a complete breakfast. When you make these a head of time they are quick and easy.
I play with the recipe and sometimes I omit the chocolate and just make them vanilla.
I made this recipe up, so anything goes, just enjoy...
