This Beef & Basil Stir-Fry with Summer Vegetables is perfect for the early summertime when yellow squash, carrots, and snow peas are in season. This version of the recipe calls for gluten free Tamari, but if you donít follow a gluten free diet just use plain soy sauce.
Note: We used white rice which cooks in about 20 minutes, but if you plan to use brown rice be sure to account for the extra cooking time.

This is a copycat of my Grandmother's Tomato Relish. Her recipe called for 2 pots of tomatoes; 1 pot of apples and 1/2 pot of onions. So it always begged the question - what size pot did she use? I have re-created (tested and approved) her recipe with quantities we can actually measure. This is a mild and slightly sweet relish/chutney that goes great on mashed potatoes and meatloaf.Submitted by TSMOTIVATION
