I took a recipe from Kitchen Boss and changed the type of Italian Sausage to make it a little healthier. My whole family loved it.
This is a low-fat version of one of my old favorites...Grilled garlic fries, which used a ton of margarine.
Black bean dip goes well with baked totilla chips for a low-fat but tasty treat. Experiment with the spices and make according to your taste.
