These low carb Pancakes are soooo good. They have a nutty flavor and are very satisfying. They are also SBD phase 1 friendly. (Flaxseed counts as daily nut allowence)

These muffins are loaded with whole grains, fruits, and vegetables! This is a slightly different version of my Healthy Breakfast Muffins. This recipe made 32 regular sized muffins. Depending on how full you fill the muffin cups, I'd say you should get 28 - 32 muffins. Nutritional value is calculated on 30 servings (1 muffin = 1 serving).Submitted by JLREYNOLDS77
I eat breakfast on the run almost every day, and McDonald's Egg McMuffin value meal was a common breakfast choice. Then I discovered I could make my own sandwich at home in the time it would take me to go through the drive-thru, and I could make it much healthier (and I think tastier, too!). I have even made this sandwich at work to eat at my desk by just cooking the egg and warming the ham in the microwave. I pair it with a serving of fruit, and my day is off to a great start!Submitted by CASE4GRACE
Carrot cake and pancakes together? Now, that's a breakfast we can get behind! These flavorful carrot cake pancakes might taste indulgent, but they're low in both fat and calories. Top with low-fat cream cheese and a drizzle of maple syrup for an even more decadent morning meal.Submitted by FABLEMAKER
