Grace's Gluten Free Sweet Potato Bisquits
Heat over 350
Measure 1/4 c coconut oil and put in refrigerator to harden.
In a medium bowl, fluff all dry ingredients together. If oil has set, dig out of it's cup and, with a fork, cut the oil into the dry ingredients. As you would cut in fat when making a pie crust. Mash up cooked sweet potato until all flour is completely incorporated and then add at least 1/2 c coconut milk. Let sit for a few minutes if necessary for coconut flour to absorb the milk.
