I only have muffin pans, not popover pans, so I'm not sure how many servings it'd make. Tough.
Much of the time is idle time; waiting for the yeast and dough to proof. It's not super easy, but not terribly hard either. But it's worth it, they come out light, soft and fluffy; nothing like those generic ones from the supermarket. Excellent for dipping curries or for soaking up sauces and gravies.
I got this awesome recipe from my mother-in-law and accidentally bought Mexican Velveeta instead of regular one time and it's become even tastier!
I felt like having potato salad and decided to experiment... came out pretty good if i do say so myself.. I added tofu for extra protein and that hard-boiled egg texture found in most potato salads.
French pancakes -- serve with fruit, peanut butter, powdered sugar, lemon juice, nutella, ice cream -- or enjoy them plain!

Makes about 1 cup. 1 serving = 2 Tablespoons
Serve this dressing just as you would a traditional Caesar dressing and bet no one will notice the difference.
