In deciding to replace some meals with shakes and smoothies, I needed recipes that would change up the mixes that I had going. I also wanted to keep the simple and doable in a short amount of time.
Based on the tightwad gazette universal muffin recipe - can substitute for the grain or pumpkin or sugar. Add spices to taste - approx 3 tbs of cinnamon/nutmeg is good here.
I saw this on someone's blog...they looked delicious! You can also use 2 ripe bananas.
