Adapted this from another Spark recipe to reduce calories even more. It's a one pot recipe that my picky 12 year old begs me to make.
Love this recipe. Easy and not bad for generic ingredients.
A low fat version of my mom's strawberry pretzel squares. Similar to a strawberry cheesecake but very light. My mom used to make this when I was a kid but with full fat ingredients. It's great in the summer time for cookouts or brunches. The calories are higher than I expected. I think because I made the crust w/ sugar. I wasn't sure how it would hold up with Splenda.
This is an interesting twist to the typical angelfood cake. The grill adds a crispy outer layer and the caramelization adds an extra sweet taste! You can get creative and try different fruit toppings of your own (add pinapple or cantalope to the salsa, serve with warm cherry topping, or rasberries and chocolate sauce instead)
A wholesome healthy dessert that's good anytime of the year!
There will will be smiling faces throughout the house!
Amazingly delicious cake made with, of all things, black beans. You won't believe how delicious it is. Made with Xylitol so it's also Low Glycemic. Frost with Super Chocolaty Frosting
I know this is going to sound incredibly weird but this recipe makes a tasty cake using beans, eggs, chocolate and baking soda - you can add a little sweetener if you wish but as I have radically cut back processed sugars in my diet I find it perfect with just the sweetness of the semisweet chocolate. Sorry for the metric measurements - I got this from Pinterest and since the beans I used had started as dry beans, I used my food scale. I'm guessing that 200g is close to what you would get if you drained a can of beans.
I didn't have any Cool Whip Free, but I recommend using it rather than the regular Cool Whip.
This cake is moist, chocolately, and not lacking on taste at all despite being good for you! Can easily be made vegan my substituting the milk for soy or nut, and the butter for margarine.
My momma's recipe. SOOOO GOOD! I used to request this for my birthday instead of cake because strawberries and rhubarb were in season. =)

Recipe really needs low fat home made graham cracker crust.
This cake is made with whole wheat pastry flour and sugar substitute. Perfect for diabetics!
A healthy and delicious alternative to the regular apple crisp. Just the right amount of sweetness. Nobody will guess it was made with Splenda.
This is gluten free, dairy free, and so chocolately that it's hard to believe it has a nutritional value!!!
