1/2 cup frozen strawberries (4)
1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup water ( start with 1/2 if using fresh fruit)
This simple dip is something I came up with about a month ago and I can't get enough of it now.
1/4cup butter
3/4cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 1/4 c.sifted flour
1/4tsp.soda
1/4 c.nuts.optional
1/4 c.drained crushed pineapple
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp.baking powder
Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 375o until browned.
