Put honey, oil and 1/2 t cinnamon with a pinch of salt in a nonstick frying pan. Add oatmeal, sunflower seed or other chopped nuts and dried fruit if you wish. Cook lightly and toss frequently until lightly browned. Good on yogurt.

mix peanutbutter, corn syrup and sugar in large microwaveable bowl on high 2 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. stir after each minute. add cereal mix well.
press cereal mixture firmily onto bottom of 13x9 pan sprayed with cooking spray. cool
