This is a really simple recipe I figured out after playing around with the ingredients. Uses no eggs or oil!
This is a take off the diet coke cake. It is moist and the smell is only beaten out by the taste.
Absolutely fabulous pumpkin muffins. I was trying to find a replacement for the Panera Pumpkin Muffins and this ligt recipe fits the bill perfectly.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl or food processor, then refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from fridge and form into balls. Keep sealed tightly in fridge and take out as needed. Tastes like no bake cookies.
