I like simple flavours, and I don't use much olive oil. I know this is by no means a traditional recipe, but it is fast, easy and very tasty. Spread it on bread instead of mayo, dip carrots or raw cabbage into it, or use it to top a cracker. Any way you use it, I'm sure you'll love it!
