Tuscan-inspired, protein-rich, good for using up leftovers from last night's dinner. Feel free to add whatever other veggies you like to spice it up even more! Occationally I will place the scramble on a toasted whole-wheat English Muffin. Also wonderful, but watch the additional calories.Submitted by CJABOTTS
My great-grandmother's recipe. She used home-made crust but in this case it was made with premade, refrigerated Pillsbury crusts to save time. I do have the recipe for the fresh crust if someone wants it, but pretty much any flaky pie crust recipe will do.Submitted by ADOS-ADOS
