These are great for breakfast. Sometimes I make a simple glaze out of powdered sugar and milk to drizzle over them.
A nice light, gluten free, dairy free treat. For breakfast or use like crackers or bread beside chili or soup.

These are a fantastic treat for a weekend breakfast or after school snack. I actually make these ahead of time and reheat for a quick delicious breakfast. Serve with organic honey butter or pure maple syrup

3 1/2 cups Diced Potatoes
2 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash (original)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
This simple smoothie serves 2, and is very refreshing in the morning! (Also, great for when you are in a rush!)

These are surprisingly light-textured and moist. The taste is mostly of oats, pleasant and very slightly sweet, but kind of bland and not at all rich if you don't add anything to them.
Stole this one off Allrecipes.com, but made some adjustments. Easily doubles, just freeze extras and pop in the toaster for a quick breakfast.
These wholewheat muffins are made with rolled oats, shredded carrots, and unsweetened applesauce - I substitue Splenda for Brown Sugar - but you can tell the difference in taste

Use yogurt whey, if you can, instead of water, for a more sour taste. Just take non-fat, plain yogurt, strain it in the refrigerator... I use a coffee filter in a strainer... and the liquid is whey, the yogurt becomes greek yogurt.
