This is my husbands favorite recipe all though the original was made with whole milk and served with 2 fried eggs. I know the recipe has ways it can be made even lighter as well. using light sausage and fat free milk or low fat biscuits but I can only torture him(his words) a little at a time.

These aren't exactly "healthy", but they're the closest I've been able to come to the brand I love so much from my local Grocery store...which just so happen to be 580 calories!!! These are a little less than half of that, clocking in at 289 calories! They allow me to enjoy a favorite, for far less calories!
