This is a modified recipe from my grandmother. She always used Longhorn Colby cheese, evaporated milk, and real butter.
1. Beat eggs with milk
2. Add melted butter
3. Pour over cubed bread and mix together
4. Add shredded cheese and mix
5. Pour into well buttered cassarole dish
6. Bake at 350 for one hour
