This is a simple recipe which I have "lighten" up as much as possible. This nutritional values are with the fat free sour cream. I enjoy making this one as it allows me to be creative with different dried fruits such as mango, apricot. Also, can be made with fresh fruits if you desire.
It's adoptable for Passover by using Kosher forPassover noodles as well as Kosher for Passover ingredients. This is a splurg recipe for me but for once or twice a year it's a treat.
This is my first remake of our traditional Sunday night dinner - Eggs Benedict. I've started here by substituting extra light cream cheese for the cream.
