Dessert Recipes (Most Popular)
I converted a recipe I had to help lower the sugar and fat amounts for my Mother-in-law who is diabetic, and for myself as I try to lose weight. This is very popular with my friends and family. I have even made it without the crust to help save further calories. DO NOT use Fat-free cream cheese as it will not set up.Submitted by NURSEPP
These shredded chicken burritos are so delicious! This recipe is so easy, quick, healthy and filling! With this recipe and these toppings, you'll come just under 400 calories even with a small side salad of leftover lettuce, peppers, and onions. You can mix it up and play with the ingredients and toppings (remember, this can change nutritional values). I love to add sliced jalepenos and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes for a little heat! Hope you enjoy!!Submitted by SWT.HRT
If you love Monkey Bread, try these Monkey Muffins. They are just a smaller version of the tasty bread. I used Parkay 0-Calorie Spray Butter for added ease (and fewer calories).
You can substitute Splenda for the sugar to save even more calories....I used the real stuff though and each Monkey Muffin was just over 105 calories!
They are tasty, warm, sweet and delicious...Plus, their small muffin shape makes a cute presentation and easy self-serve portions! Hope you love em!
