This is a very modified recipe from my DH family. To make it easy on me, i doubled the recipe and a serving size is one cup of mixure and 3 lettuce leaves.

Continuing on our mission to make our favorite meals healthier and still taste great, we decided to make a "Greek" style wheat pizza. this pizza avg over. 300 calories per slice at pizza places, ours is alot less! and I believe just as good.
Mix all ingrediants except last three. Put into greased cupcake pan then mix last three ingrediants and spoon over top. Bake 15 -20minutes until reach internal temp of 165 F
