This is from Belly Fat cure. Higher in fat than I would like but any other creamer has sugar. I am going to reduce the amount of cream next time and see if it tastes just as good with less fat. But on a side note... it sure did fill me up.

This is a one serving recipe, as I only make this for myself and I don't like storing leftover shakes/smoothies in the fridge. This is how I like mine, feel free to adjust amounts as you wish.
A delicious meal replacement "not sweet" frozen smoothie-- I added 8 large ice cubes, and froze all the fruit, so it was the consistency of soft serve ice cream and light like a sorbet. Perfect for a hot summer night when it's too hot to cook, and you want dessert for dinner.

Super yummy smoothie for breakfast or snack. Even my pickiest eater loves it. For a richer more decadant treat I have used full fat greek yogurt instead of fat free. I add fiber, and you can substitute stevia for the sugar if you want too.
