Got this recipe from Price Chopper (our local grocery store) and have made it twice. My whole family liked this one which says alot for the recipe. The recipe says to use a grill but I used my George Foreman grill and it worked beatifully. Also, you can use Promise Margarine to lower the fat grams.
This is a very low carb, easy, tasty sandwich stuffer. NOT low fat, so please don't comment about that - we low carbers do not avoid fat, we embrace it! :-) Try it on my recipe (listed on spark) for flax sandwich rolls with lettuce, tomato, and a slice of onion. Enjoy and please comment if you make it!
A quick and easy creamy dish with plenty of veggies and not a lot of calories! Use low sodium broth and low fat parmesan for an even lower calorie count.
I needed a quick and easy fish recipe, so I tried this one out. It was delicious and even my sceptical kids liked it!
Wonderful recipe using the grill--so good you'll even brave the cold winter weather to make it on your outdoor grill!
This recipe can be made vegetarian by substituting tofu for the shrimp and using vegetable broth.

Tastes so good during the summer heat!
Very light fish dish ready in minutes! Serve with Roasted Broccoli and steamed Brown Rice and you have plenty of room (and calories) left to have desert! This recipe and nutritional count is for one filet, just multiply for more servings as needed.
This recipe is SO easy, and so good with any kind of mild fish. We also use the tomatoes to top pasta.
