I love this dish, a litle sweet, a little sour and just tastes of summer! Could easily be served as lunch, entree or main course. I first tried it years ago, from a low fat cookbook by Garth Hokianga and always remembered it.
Very Simple to make....Takes next to nothing to cook. I enjoy cooking this with rice and some steamed vegatables. (Extremely filling with 15 large shrimp per person).
I find that simply adding lemon does not hide the natural shrimp flavor but enhances it.
This recipe uses PLAIN, REGULAR WATER, NONSTICK VEGETABLE COOKING SPRAY, GREEN ONIONS WHICH ARE NOT LISTED IN THE SPARK DATABASE.
Serve this over rice, I prefer brown rice.

Uses corn tortillas instead of flour, and nutritional information is calculated accordingly for those of us with gluten intolerances.
This recipe is for the marinade only-- it wille marinate about four 4oz steaks. I did the marinade separate from the tuna because I found that each steak only uses about a 6th of the marinade.
OMG!! this was so good, just the right amount of sweet, very filling and so low in fat !!! A recipe that is sure to satisfy the whole family!!
