Low carb dessert . Relatively easy to prepare , no baking, just need some cooling time. Non processed ingredients.
Submitted by LANALEMONPlease use heaping 1/3 cup of coconut flour instead of shredded coconut. Please use 1/2 cup fine almond flour. You can use farmers cheese or small curd cottage cheese instead of ricotta. Also add 1-2 tbs Psyllium husk or xantam gum ( optional) Also use erythrol (swerve) instead of xylitol. And add 1 tsp baking powder. Mix all and bake on 350 for 50-60 min or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Leave in warm oven for 15 -20 min before taking out . Cool at least 30 min before serving . Sometimes there are no ingredients to be listed when writing recipe, sorry.

An easy German cake. Traditionally made with fresh yeast, this recipe is without yeast though.
A very easy cake to make, but super popular with my friends (they often ask me to make it).
I love to make this creamy soup for lunch. It's cheap, filling, packed with nutrients, and it doesn't take all day to make. My husband loves it and my kids like it depending on the day.

normally with french dressing and onion soup mix as an ingredient but this is lighter and still pretty easy.
This classic German stew is made with lean trimmed beef and cabbage. This was very good my family really liked it. We also made boiled potatoes and the gravy was very tasty over this.
