Keilbasa sausage with egg noodles, sauerkraut, onions and apples. Yes, apples. Sounds weird, but it's really good! I found this on another site that said this recipe is from Cooking Light magazine. It can be made lower calorie/fat by using Turkey sausage. I used No Yolk cholesterol free noodles, and skipped the caraway seeds. My 2 year old ate it but not until I told him the sausage was a hot dog... :)Submitted by PINKERTONB5

This is a great recipe because my husband LOVES pork. We often buy the country style ribs when they go on AWESOME sales. However, I am tired of having bbq ribs. I thought this sounded awesome. It's a great way to get him eating healthier and still enjoying his pork at the same time. He also loves German food (especially things with sauerkraut)!!
