I think this is awesome for breakfast! It is high in protien and healthy goodness. Its also low in calories. If you do it without the cocoa powder, its a delicious banana shake :)
This is something that I made for lunch on a whim and loved it! I used garlic and herb Laughing Cow Light Cheese Wedge though, but couldnt find it in the database. I am NOT for diet food and this was good for me! Hope all enjoy (oh and 3 is a good number for servings of this)
