We have had bruscetta for years. It's a staple appetizer, but most people don't crave it and moan when they bite into it. We do. It's because we use fresh ingredients from our container garden. Believe me, fresh makes a difference. Delish. Don't add salt. Trust me, doesn't need it.

Instead of lasgana this is a lower calorie version with tons of veggies
Cut chicken and fresh mushrooms, saute. Add cream of mushroom soup and Alfredo sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes. Peel and slice eggplant into 18 slices. Dip into eggbeater and breadcrumbs. Set aside for layering. Open ricotta cheese and add salt, pepper and garlic (if desired), stir. In a 9x13 pan layer the following: sauce mixture, 8 pieces of breaded eggplant, 1/2 of ricotta cheese: sauce mixture, 8 remaining breaded eggplant, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese and sauce mixture. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
This recipe is incredibly easy; it was a concoction of food left in my refrigerator I needed to use before the expiration. Makes lots of leftovers!

This is a lower fat and lower cal version if the recipe in the database named Broiled Tilapia Parmesan. Also, the cals and fat are wrong by the system calculator. The actual cals are 168 Fat 6g and protein 24. All my calculations were figured using the nutritional information om the ingredients.
