An Italian chicken pasta salad loaded with veggies and topped with a zesty salad dressing and parmesan cheese. Perfect for a fast but healthy lunch or dinner. Cook the pasta, I prefer ziti. Set aside. Thaw meatballs. Combine the sauce and ricotta cheese and mix well. Pour some sauce into a 9 X 13 pan, and place the pasta on top. Cut meatballs into small pieces, and mix in with pasta. Pour the rest of the sauce on top and mix well. Sprinkle the mozzerella cheese on top of pasta mixture. Cook at 350 for about 45 minutes.
