I have been looking for a grilled pizza recipe, and couldn't find one that I liked. So, by taking advice from other grilled pizza recipes, and combining them with healthier toppings that I like, I created this recipe.
I saw a new dish featured on a commercial for Olive Garden, and by just looking at the two fried chicken breasts on the plate, I knew it was definitely unhealthy. So, I put my hand at rewriting a healthier version.
This is a good way I use up all the veg i've got in the house. It's also a good way to hide vegetables from picky adults and children.
I make this for myself as a low-carb option when I am making traditional spaghetti for my family! The long, thin shreds of cabbage and onions do a decent job of mimicking spaghetti noodles!

This is a traditional Italian anitpasti dish (something to be served before the main course), although it is sweet enough to be a pleasant treat after dinner as well. You could lower the calories and carb count by using more Splenda and less sugar, although I'm not sure how the syrup would turn out.
This chicken tastes wonderful. It is grilled chicken that is dashed with some lemon pepper with warm melted cheese on top. This dish goes wonderful with rice, any type of pasta, as well as steamed veggies.
Yet another "throw it all together" recipe, made with things I happened to have on hand. Turned out pretty good, a sweet tomato pasta dish. You could add any type of veggie to this, I ate it with some canned no-salt green beans mixed in.
This is a meatless variation of Carbonara, with tomatoes and skim milk instead of cream. I also added green beans for variety. This is a "quick" version, using canned tomatoes, beans and parmesan, but you can make this with all fresh ingredients and the flavors will be more intense.
