Created for a tomato loving, but allergic, boy. Great for pasta and pizza.
It is on the sweet side due to the sweet potato. There was no option for pickled beet juice, so I selected raw beet juice instead. I would add a little extra salt and/or vinegar to compensate. Adjust any ingredients according to your preferences. The nutritional yeast gives it a cheesy flavor, you can add as much or little or none. This is a very thick sauce, so add water to your liking.
My recipe for cheese stuffed shells. I can only eat 2 per sitting before feeling full so I based the servings on that amount. I know you'll find these shells to your liking.
