Submitted by DARIA1134Maybe I should have called this my "Summer Farmers Market Pasta." It's full of the vegetables I brought home from the farmers market on Saturday. Like many of my recipes, it can be altered based on what you've got on hand. I almost threw in some Swiss chard (my green of choice these days) and some brilliant yellow crookneck squash, but I decided to save those for another day and another dish.
Submitted by STEPFANIERUsing strips of yellow squash rather than pasta cuts both the carbs and calories in this delicious Italian favorite!
Submitted by BLOGILATESEasy pasta dish for 2 people. Or for one with a meal for another day!
Submitted by CD1898454There's this salad at Buca Di Beppo and they use a dressing similar to this on their Apple Gorgonzola Salad. It's not right according to my boyfriend who works there, but i love it anyway. It's always better after a few days in the fridge. (ps, this isn't my recipe, i found in on the internet look for meemoskitchen on google)
Submitted by MMPIXIEThis is a simple recipe that tastes amazing, it is also better than any traditional chicken Parmesan I had tried. When you consider it's lower in fat, takes about 10 minutes to put together, it's no wonder why this is my new favorite recipe.
