I boiled a whole chicken and put some pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in water. Then I took the skin and bones out. I can't say how many servings approximate it is, but roughly it would be about 10 if you eat 1 cup.

Found this in a cookbook but was really high in sodium and calories so I tweaked it. Still pretty high for sodium but only 1/2 what it was and 1/3 of the fat. My kids love this and beg for it regularly.
It may not be the healthiest thing in the world, but it's a nice treat.
