This banana bread is so satifying, rich in fiber and protein ! I make mini muffins or mini-loaves for the kids. They love love love them and a much better option than processed snacks. 12 very generous servings.
This is a healthier version of corndogs...and they are delicious! These are great with beef hotdogs too...but are a little less healthy that way. :)
